HR Generalist with Focus on Payroll (a)
Your Tasks
Payroll & HR Administration
- Independent handling of monthly payroll processing for several companies
- Processing all payroll-relevant changes as well as social insurances and withholding tax
- Responsibility for year-end tasks including salary certificates and reconciliations
- Handling the entire personnel administration including entries and exits, contracts, personnel data and time recording
- Supporting the HR managers in daily business as well as in various HR projects and evaluations
Your Profile
- Commercial training with HR specialist certificate or comparable further education
- Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally for multiple companies
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
- Very good German skills; English and French are an advantage
- Numerically inclined, precise and structured
- Independent, proactive personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Quick comprehension and good sense of priorities
- You think ahead, independently recognise the need for action and like to get things done – you see what needs to be done and implement it.
