Finance Clerk (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you enjoy working with numbers, taking responsibility, and appreciate a varied range of tasks? For a successful Swiss company, we are looking for a committed individual to actively support the finance team. In addition to independently managing important accounting areas, you will face diverse administrative tasks and have the opportunity to pass on your knowledge as a contact person for apprentices.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You assist with monthly closings and prepare meaningful financial reports
You post bank transactions and handle cash and credit card settlements
You prepare the quarterly VAT returns and ensure correct processing
You work closely with the finance management, payroll, and other internal contacts
You provide professional support to commercial apprentices
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification
You have further training in finance and accounting and have several years of professional experience
You bring solid practical knowledge in finance, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting
You want to develop into a trainer or have already acquired this qualification
You communicate confidently in German and have good French skills
