SME System Engineer / Administrator (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:
Do you enjoy working where IT is not just managed but used daily? In this role, you are close to the customer, know their infrastructure, and ensure that clients, servers, networks and cloud solutions work reliably together. You can expect a mix of engineering, projects and practical support – with a lot of personal responsibility and direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Operations
You manage various SME IT environments and ensure their reliable operation.
You integrate client, server and network components and ensure functioning interfaces within the infrastructure.
You install, configure and operate Microsoft technologies and security solutions.
Cloud & Projects
You implement Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions and support customers with their introduction.
You accompany on-premise/cloud migrations and contribute to the technical implementation of related projects.
You apply your know-how to modernise existing IT environments.
Support & Customers
You undertake technical support assignments on-site, by phone or remotely.
You analyse error patterns, narrow down problems and implement solutions directly at the customer’s site.
You explain technical matters clearly and ensure service-oriented support.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable qualification.
You have good knowledge of the Microsoft product world, especially client, server, Office and Microsoft 365.
You have experience with Hyper-V and virtualised system environments.
You know the basics and practical use of firewalls, VPN, VLAN and network technologies.
You approach tasks independently and work consistently in a solution- and customer-oriented manner.
You enjoy communicating with customers and can explain technical solutions clearly.
You are open, a team player and quickly adapt to new environments.
You have excellent written and spoken German and possess basic knowledge of English.
You hold a driving licence of category B.
