AVOR Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to combine your technical knowledge with responsibility in project management? As an AVOR Project Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee demanding manufacturing projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate technical and organisational processes, keep an eye on costs and deadlines, and contribute your experience to the development of economical manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities:
You take charge of technical projects in toolmaking and oversee new productions, revisions, and spare parts orders.
You are responsible for work preparation and project planning, ensuring a structured implementation of the individual work steps.
You determine suitable materials and processing methods, taking into account necessary heat and surface treatments.
You contribute to the technical design of tool concepts and ensure economical and efficient manufacturing processes.
You coordinate the procurement of materials and the awarding of external manufacturing contracts.
You monitor project costs and agreed deadlines and ensure reliable execution.
You prepare cost calculations and project post-calculations and evaluate completed orders.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or designer EFZ.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management or work preparation (AVOR).
You have further education at HF or FH/ETH level in mechanical engineering.
You bring technical know-how, commitment, and an independent, goal-oriented working style and are characterised by team spirit, adaptability, and a high standard of quality.
