Responsibilities:
Enter international orders in the ERP system and monitor their processing until completion.
Provide customer support regarding questions about deliveries, orders, and open business transactions.
Schedule transport orders and prepare the necessary customs and export documents.
Issue invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
Coordinate demand reports and sales forecasts with internal planning managers and external partners.
Administratively support changes to packaging specifications and country-specific requirements.
Coordinate quality and approval clarifications during process changes and before product launches.
Handle defined project tasks during market and product launches and follow up on contract issues and operational agreements.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training, supplemented by expertise in foreign trade processing.
Several years of professional experience in export or international order administration.
Confidence in handling customs regulations, export provisions, and Incoterms.
Knowledge of an ERP system and routine use of digital office applications.
Experience with regulated processes, ideally according to GMP, is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of project management or coordination of product launches.
Independent and precise working style combined with coordination skills and intercultural communication ability.
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
