Design, setup, and operation of the Microsoft Teams environment
Ensuring the further development and stable operation of SBCs, media packs, and provider connections
Planning and execution of the migration from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams
Migration, integration, and operation of third-party solutions for recording and contact centre
Continuous optimisation of the voice and collaboration infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (HF/FH) and/or several years of professional experience in the IT field
Solid experience in IP telephony, ideally with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and AudioCodes SBCs
Broad infrastructure and cloud know-how
Good knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
