Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual for a versatile role in finance and accounting. You can expect an established and professionally organised environment with varied tasks around ongoing bookkeeping and payment transactions. You will work closely with the finance team and take responsibility for reliable and correct handling of daily financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the proper handling of daily financial business and process ongoing business transactions
You assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to relevant group guidelines as well as Swiss GAAP FER and OR
You manage the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers and take care of financial, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
You monitor and process payment transactions and ensure timely execution
You handle dunning and debt collection and process outstanding receivables
You take on various administrative tasks in finance and accounting and support the team in daily business
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education and bring initial professional experience in finance and accounting
You have good knowledge of financial accounting and are familiar with general and subsidiary ledgers
You are comfortable using ERP systems and MS Excel and work confidently with digital applications
Fluent German language skills are required and you are willing to travel occasionally within Switzerland
