Join Zurich Switzerland and put your expertise to work in the Brokers sector, within the Broker Account Managers Romandie team.
As Team Leader Private Business - Brokers Romandie, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a key role in developing relationships with brokers in the Western region. You will be at the heart of Zurich’s strategy, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal broker support and the achievement of commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Managing a team, setting individual and collective objectives, and supporting the professional development of team members within a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Developing and managing relationships with key brokers in the Western region, implementing growth strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
- Coordinating workflows between the Broker Account Management Persona Line (BAMPL) and Entry Point teams to ensure efficient and quality service
- Contributing to commercial planning, monitoring portfolio profitability, and promoting Zurich solutions to brokers
- Actively participating in digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives, respecting Zurich’s standards for compliance and data protection
Your profile
- Higher education in economics, management, insurance or equivalent, ideally complemented by a certification in the insurance field
- Proven experience in broker management and team leadership, with demonstrated skills in coaching and performance management
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes and CRM/digital tools
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and a proactive mindset
- Fluency in French and a good knowledge of German and/or English is a significant advantage

Start date: from 01.01.2027 or by agreement
Business travel: up to 10% per year
Hybrid work: up to 40%
