Senior IT Systems Engineer: Operations (m/f/d)

- You take technical responsibility for projects and changes in operations
- You design, install, and operate stable customer platforms
- You assess new and changed requirements for technical feasibility
- In this role, you analyse disruptions and fault conditions and initiate appropriate measures to resolve them
- As a Senior IT Systems Engineer: Operations, you monitor the implementation of measures until full resolution
- Within the first three months, you acquire the necessary knowledge of customer environments and processes at the headquarters in Sursee
Qualifications:
- You have several years of professional experience as a system engineer and have continuously expanded your know-how in the IT environment.
- You possess solid knowledge of the Microsoft server and client environment.
- You use Azure services, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 confidently and routinely.
- You are proficient in handling Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online.
- You communicate fluently in German; ideally, you also have English skills.
