Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Ensure the manufacture and production monitoring of various watch components on machining machines.
- Carry out the necessary adjustments as well as tool changes to guarantee quality and continuity of production.
- Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks on machined parts.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimisation of production processes.
Job Requirements:
- Professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- CNC twin-spindle turning;
- Milling;
- 5-axis grinding;
- Single and multi-spindle screw machining.
- Basic training in watchmaking is desirable.
- An AFP in Mechanical Practitioner is an advantage.
- Good mastery of machine adjustments and tool changes.
- Excellent visual acuity and great attention to detail.
- Comfortable with software and IT tools related to production.
- Autonomous, organised person with a good team spirit.
- Rigorous, methodical and respectful of procedures and quality standards.
