Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable individual to support the finance department in day-to-day operations. You can expect a varied role with a mix of accounting, administration, and project support. You will work with various internal contacts, independently take on tasks, and contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

• You will take care of the ongoing processing of accounts receivable and ensure correct and timely handling

• You will monitor outstanding receivables, manage the dunning process, and assist with handling payment arrears

• You will handle invoicing and control incoming and outgoing billing processes

• You will keep financial and master data up to date and ensure a consistent and reliable data basis

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) or a comparable qualification and ideally further training in finance and accounting

• You have several years of practical experience in finance and are familiar with the relevant processes in daily business

• You have sound knowledge in accounts receivable and are familiar with common accounting and ERP systems

• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel

• You communicate fluently in German and have very good written and oral expression skills
