Your new tasks

• Advising our customers on our diverse range of carpets and lighting
• Recording customer needs through a structured needs assessment
• Product presentation based on the needs of our customers
• Conducting goal-oriented sales conversations

• Assisting in setting up an inspiring and sales-promoting product presentation
• Assisting with arranging, decorating, and labelling products as needed
• Assisting at the till as required

What you bring with you

• Experience in sales and customer advice
• Enjoyment of regular customer contact and professional, comprehensive advice
• A flair for design and beautiful living
• Communicative, persuasive and friendly personality

• Completed vocational training in retail
• Experience in sectors with strong customer orientation
