Restaurant & Dining Room Staff

The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services around the hospital. The hospitality department provides gastronomic services for the Insel Group 365 days a year. The Belp Hospital and Nursing Home is a modern, medium-sized facility with around 120 beds and a versatile infrastructure. With us, you are right in the middle and, together with the team, ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable.

What to expect

• You arrange our dishes fresh and appetisingly and advise our guests in a friendly and competent manner
• You advise and serve the residents of the nursing home with a smile
• You present our sales offer attractively and hygienically and ensure correct labelling
• You operate the cash register securely and complete the billing reliably
• At events and catering, you actively pitch in and contribute to successful guest moments
• Order and cleanliness are a matter of course for you – you actively assist with tidying and cleaning tasks
• You enjoy working in a team and help where your support is currently needed

What you bring

• You enjoy direct contact with our guests and inspire with your warm and attentive service
• Ideally, you already have experience in community catering – if not, we will gladly train you carefully
• With your open, friendly manner, you create a pleasant atmosphere and ensure our guests feel comfortable
• You speak good German and understand Swiss German
• You are flexible and willing to work in various shifts. Regular weekend shifts or those with room duty are no problem for you
