Responsibilities:
- You develop concepts and offers
- You design stamping and bending tools, progressive tools as well as prototype tools, insert tools, measuring fixtures and control gauges
- You carry out repairs, improvements and modifications on existing tools
- You create detailed drawings and parts lists
- You provide technical support for toolmaking and production
- You accompany projects during manufacturing and sampling / series readiness
- You monitor deadlines and ensure that schedule requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a designer or toolmaker
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid user knowledge of a 3D CAD system
- Business fluent German skills
