Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a project manager? In this role, you take responsibility for demanding construction projects and lead them successfully to completion. You are responsible for the coordination and management of construction projects and ensure efficient and high-quality execution. With your experience and expertise, you make important decisions and shape the future of construction projects. You are a professional project manager with a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- You plan conceptually from initiation to realisation of new build and refurbishment projects
- In this role, you lead projects and manage planners, contractors and internal user groups
- As project manager, you are responsible for the implementation of smaller projects in close cooperation with facility management and users
- You support the annual maintenance budgeting
- In this role, you monitor costs, deadlines and quality of projects
- You coordinate collaboration between internal user groups, planners and contractors
Qualifications:
- You have training as an architect or construction manager with several years of professional experience
- You have sound knowledge in project management and construction realisation
- You have high standards for cost, schedule and quality management
- You are an organisational talent with entrepreneurial thinking
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
