As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking by agreement for a committed individual as Head of Payroll 80-100%.

In this responsible role, you will lead a team of two employees and report directly to the HR management. HR administration is ensured by two HR assistants, while the support and advice of employees is provided by two HR business partners.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the operational payroll processing with your team and ensure correct and timely salary processing for around 1000 employees
• You lead a well-coordinated team of two employees, promote their development, and actively participate in day-to-day business
• You analyse existing payroll processes and workflows, identify optimisation potentials, and pragmatically drive their further development
• As a competent contact person for complex questions regarding salary, social insurance, and payroll topics, you work closely with HR management and HR business partners
