A versatile position for an experienced IT Consultant with a focus on technical project management. We are looking for a personality who competently advises customers, manages complex IT projects, and simultaneously drives the technical development of modern IT environments.
The scope ranges from Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace to VMware virtualisation. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a support team and ensure the successful and economical implementation of projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical responsibility for the IT environments of a fixed customer base and their continuous development
Management and coordination of IT projects from conception to successful implementation
Advising customers on strategic and technical IT decisions throughout the entire lifecycle
Engineering and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions with Intune, MDM, and Teams
Support of VMware solutions with a focus on Horizon VDI and ESXi
Professional support of the support team and ensuring efficient collaboration
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent further education with several years of professional experience
Experience in technical project management, IT consulting, and direct customer support
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, especially Intune, MDM, and Teams
Good to very good knowledge of VMware Horizon VDI and ESXi
Communicative personality with very good German skills and confident customer presence
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as a category B driving licence
