HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Role:
As an HR Specialist, you are a central contact person for employees and managers in all administrative and operational personnel matters. You actively contribute to a positive employee experience and support the further development of our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
Preparation of employment contracts, references, confirmations, and other personnel-related documents
Maintenance and management of personnel data in HR systems
Support for employees and managers on HR-related questions
Responsibility for time management and support in the preparation and follow-up of payroll processing
Accompanying the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Participation in HR projects as well as in the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines
Support in organising training and personnel development measures
Contributing to the promotion of a positive corporate culture and appreciative collaboration
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with further education in human resources (e.g. HR specialist certificate or comparable qualification)
Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
Sound knowledge of personnel administration and Swiss labour law
Experience with HR information systems and MS Office, especially Excel
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
High service orientation and strong communication skills
Trustworthy personality with high discretion and sense of responsibility
Team-oriented thinking and acting as well as a solution-oriented working style
