For our client, an established and modern Spitex organisation in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and motivated Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe).

Our client supports numerous customers annually in their familiar home environment and places great importance on individual, professional and holistic care. We are looking for a person who enjoys direct contact with people, likes to work independently and at the same time appreciates teamwork.

Health Specialist EFZ

• Professional and individual care and support of customers in their homes
• Support and accompaniment in everyday life
• Involvement and advice for relatives
• Close cooperation with the case-leading nursing specialist
• Ensuring holistic and needs-oriented care
• Collaboration with the nursing team, doctors and external specialist agencies
• Contribution to high-quality nursing and trustworthy care

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment of working with people and direct customer contact
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• High social and professional competence
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Team spirit and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Interest in outpatient care and varied work situations
• Willingness to visit customers by e-bike
