Senior System Administrator (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
You ensure first- and second-level support for infrastructure, system, and access issues
You actively participate in the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 services (including Power Automate, Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, MFA, and other central cloud services)
You monitor, operate, and maintain our entire IT infrastructure including servers, network, WLAN, storage, backup, and security
You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and entire lifecycle of clients, laptops, and mobile devices as well as standard software via Microsoft Intune (primarily in the Windows 11 and iOS environment)
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist in system technology, IT specialist in system integration, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you hold certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, or comparable technologies
You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills, both spoken and written
You are capable of independently implementing standardisation and optimisation projects
You work in a structured manner and have a process- and role-based understanding, especially in the context of the transition from on-premise to cloud solutions
You demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility
Your strong communication and teamwork skills complete your profile
