Temporary Customer Service Representative

Tasks:

• Processing and responding to written and oral customer enquiries as well as complaints in customer service and the online wine shop
• Coordinating and forwarding concerns to the responsible internal or external departments
• Providing general information about products and services in written and oral form
• Recording liability claims
• Handling correspondence and performing various administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in customer contact, ideally in a customer hotline
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of the "Service Now" platform is an advantage
