5S Project Manager for a Major Organisation!
About the Role
Our client, an international organisation based in Geneva, is looking for a project manager profile to support its teams in improving efficiency and workplace safety. You will join a small team that will train you in its methodologies before implementing various continuous improvement projects across different departments. You will be responsible for managing various projects, change management, and auditing following the changes made.
Tasks
- Lead 5S projects with internal teams across different sites
- Deploy Lean methods with several business teams
- Facilitate work sessions and support change management
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process sustainability
- Provide progress reporting to internal committees
- Supervise and support two interns within the team
- Manage and structure technical documentation related to the projects
We Are Looking For
- You have training in project management, business management, lean management, or a similar field
- You have an interest in Lean Management and 5S methodologies
- You have initial experience in project management or change management
- You have good proficiency in the Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
But most importantly, you are a person with excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. If this describes you, then this position is made for you!
