Technical understanding meets project responsibility: Develop ERP solutions that drive companies forward.
We are looking for a technically skilled project manager who understands IT systems and at the same time speaks the language of specialist departments and business. The position is aimed at a business informatics specialist or IT expert who has already managed initial projects and now wants to take the next step towards strategic ERP project responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Management and control of ERP, IT and digitalisation projects
Responsibility for projects from the initial requirements analysis to productive rollout
Structuring complex requirements and developing sustainable solution concepts
Managing project scope, schedule, resources, quality and priorities
Coordinating internal specialists, departments and external implementation partners
Conducting workshops to analyse and optimise business processes
Translating between technical requirements and business objectives
Supporting ERP implementations, migrations, releases and system extensions
Evaluating system architectures, interfaces and integration possibilities
Identifying and implementing automation and digitalisation potentials
Managing project risks, dependencies and decision-making processes
Further developing project methods, standards and digital working practices
Advising stakeholders on technological and process-related issues
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, ideally with a focus on system engineering
Further training or studies in business informatics HF, FH or a comparable field
Initial practical experience in managing or coordinating IT, ERP or digitalisation projects
Understanding of ERP systems, IT infrastructures, applications and system integration
Experience in requirements engineering or business process management is an advantage
Strong understanding of the interaction between IT, processes and business
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident appearance towards different stakeholders
Ability to present complex technical topics clearly
Enjoyment of responsibility and independent decision-making
