Responsibilities:
- You implement IT solutions professionally in project and operational environments.
- In this role, you ensure clean, standardised configurations.
- As a Senior-Level Systems Engineer, you manage assigned customers as the Leading System Engineer.
- You analyse complex faults and error patterns and resolve them sustainably.
- In this role, you create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
- You support requirements analysis and solution design and actively share your knowledge within the team.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science (system technology or platform development) and at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in at least two of the areas: server, storage, M365, virtualisation (VMware), or data protection (Veeam)
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
- High quality awareness combined with personal responsibility and willingness to take initiative
- Very good German skills at native level and good English skills
