Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You are the central contact person for all matters in finance and accounting and, together with your team, ensure reliable and accurate financial accounting. In a dynamic environment, you work closely with internal and external contacts and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and take care of ongoing business transactions
You prepare the monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss CO
You prepare meaningful reports, evaluations and analyses for management
You assist in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidations as well as in preparations for the audit
You take care of the VAT returns and contribute to tax matters and declarations
You act as a competent contact person for auditors, banks, insurance companies and authorities
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting
The preparation of monthly and annual financial statements is part of your previous responsibilities
You have good knowledge of Swiss tax and VAT regulations
Experience in consolidation and with IAS/IFRS is an advantage
You communicate very well in German and have good English skills
