What we will achieve together
Within the DEC Directorate, you will participate in the energy transition and the modernisation of electrical networks. The Infrastructure unit works towards a reliable and sustainable supply by developing and renewing the network to meet current and future needs. You will contribute to the implementation of connection, extension and renewal projects for medium-low voltage networks, ensuring their coherence and compliance. Your role will be essential to guarantee the quality of electrical distribution and support the strategic developments of the canton.
Your energy in the service of a sustainable Geneva
As part of your role, you will be specifically responsible for:
- Conducting studies and preparing plans for connection, extension and renewal projects of medium-low voltage networks;
- Ensuring full monitoring of connection, extension and renewal projects of medium-low voltage electrical networks;
- Guaranteeing project compliance with safety standards and current regulations;
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success;
- Developing competitive and innovative commercial offers tailored to client needs.
Your personality and skills
You have a training in electrical engineering or equivalent and a solid understanding of medium-low voltage networks. You are rigorous, organised and solution-oriented, with an ability to work in a team and communicate clearly. Your technical curiosity and foresight enable you to tackle complex challenges and ensure the quality and safety of assigned projects.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD or equivalent) for reading and understanding technical plans;
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritise tasks effectively;
- Rigor, organisational skills and ability to work in a team in a demanding environment;
- Strong interest in IT tools and digital solutions.
Your academic background:
- Electrical engineering degree or equivalent training;
- Category B driving licence and strict respect for confidentiality rules.
The salary will be calculated based on an annual reference salary spread over thirteen payments, depending on your qualification:
- Bachelor: CHF 75,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
- Master: CHF 78,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
