Team Assistance & Office Coordination – Audit Corporates
Location: Bern
Workload: 100%
Start Date: By arrangement
As part of our team, you will initially be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordination of internal and external meetings as well as general administrative tasks for three partners/directors
- Organisation of client and employee events
- Creation, review and formatting of all kinds of documents, such as audit reports, engagement letters and correspondence
- Revision of PowerPoint presentations according to the latest template and ensuring consistent content
- Active participation in onboarding and introduction of new employees
- Local contact person for IT and facility management inquiries as well as reception support
- Taking over deputising duties for other team members in the back office, including co-supervision of a trainee
- Use of Copilot and other technical tools for efficient task processing

- More than five years of professional experience in the administrative field
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Fluent German skills and excellent communication abilities in English
