Role:

For a regionally anchored company in the energy sector, we are seeking an experienced leader to head finance and central services. You will be responsible for a broadly based area, further develop structures and processes, and work closely with management and the board of directors.

Responsibilities:

• You lead and develop the finance & services department with budget, results and quality responsibility

• You ensure central support functions such as IT, HR, data protection, real estate, risk management and administration

• You manage cross-departmental projects and continuously develop structures, processes and services

• You drive digitalisation, data analysis and the sensible use of modern technologies

Qualifications:

• You have a business management qualification specialising in finance, controlling or accounting or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of leadership experience

• You communicate confidently in German and impress with a clear and assertive manner
