Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

The field of activity includes planning, implementation, and commissioning of automated systems as well as the integration of suitable software solutions into existing process landscapes. Engineering, project management, and technical support work closely together to realise customer-specific solutions.

Role:
You operate the firewall infrastructure for remote maintenance
The installation and commissioning of our software is carried out either via remote maintenance or directly on site at the customer
You play a key role in building a modern, cloud-based deployment architecture and are responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the remote support services
In addition, you conduct fault analyses and work closely with the software development department to achieve product improvements
As a support contact person, you are available to international customers and organise and conduct system tests after commissioning
Responsibilities:
You have a university of applied sciences or university degree or a similar qualification in software and IT
With several years of experience in designing, configuring, commissioning, and optimising intralogistics software, you bring valuable expertise
You have very good knowledge of intralogistics functionalities and automation processes as well as extensive understanding of software and programming
Your project management skills, teamwork, flexibility, and independent working style complete your profile
Very good German and English skills spoken and written
