Clerk Order Processing and Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Record, process and complete customer orders on time
Procure materials and external services for ongoing operations
Create shipping and customs documents for national and international deliveries
Administratively support export orders and provide the necessary delivery documents
Assist with accounts payable and receivable bookkeeping
Check incoming payments and support dunning processes
Handle telephone enquiries, emails and reception
Perform general office work and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with EFZ, profile E or M
Professional experience in order processing or export administration
Knowledge of an industrial or production company is desirable
Basic understanding of shipping processes and international deliveries
Networked thinking and a structured way of working
Strong sense of duty and reliability
Confident handling of customers and business partners
Team-oriented working style and helpfulness
