Senior Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for our BAMO/PG building department in Lausanne (VD) or Grand-Lancy (GE) a Senior Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate major and complex mandates in all SIA phases, in Owner's Assistance or General Planning, including multidisciplinary management of engineering projects for which the group is responsible

• Ensure quality, cost and deadline management

• Support the client in their decision-making

• Manage projects independently requiring interpersonal, organisational and technical skills

• Prepare bids for acquiring new mandates

• Support the Department Head

Your profile

• 10 years of experience in the construction sector (building project planning)

• Dynamic, proactive, pragmatic, able to identify problems and propose solutions

• Good analytical and synthesis skills

• Good interpersonal skills and adaptability in complex situations

• Sense of collaborative work

• Fluent in French with good writing skills
