• Independent handling of benefit cases in the area of sickness daily allowance
• Contact person for selected corporate clients
• Recognising and actively initiating appropriate measures (e.g. obtaining and evaluating medical reports and assessments)
• Independent verification of entitlement to benefits as well as calculation and payment of daily allowances
• Coordination with internal and external interfaces such as care management, medical network, social insurances, etc.
• Writing individual written correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations with insured persons, corporate clients, as well as authorities and doctors

• Completed commercial basic training and medical knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in personal insurance, preferably sickness daily allowance or accident insurance
• Good handling of work pressure/volume as well as emotional stress
• Flexible, communicative and customer-oriented personality with pronounced networked and cross-departmental thinking
• Very good oral and written expression in German
• Enjoyment of individual and complex case processing as well as precise and independent working methods
