Certified Nursing Specialist, Outpatient Care with Regulated Working Hours

Requirements Profile

• Diploma in nursing HF/FH or equivalent SRK-recognised qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in nursing.
• Confidence in assessing complex situations.
• Enjoyment of organisation and administration.
• Proficient use of IT.
• Willingness to be mobile.

Tasks

• Management and responsibility of the entire nursing process.
• Assessment of service needs and creation of individual care and support plans.
• Ensuring differentiated, professional care including wound and pain management.
• Carrying out nursing assignments directly at clients’ homes.
• Documentation and implementation of targeted interventions.
• Professional support and guidance of staff in complex situations.
