In this role, you contribute to the further development of a location and combine your enthusiasm for technology with direct customer contact. You are familiar with modern ICT infrastructures in the SME environment, from network and security to Windows Server and Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud, and apply this know-how purposefully. You take responsibility for stable, secure systems and support customers in the long term and in partnership. You bring in your own ideas and actively shape solutions. At the same time, you have the opportunity to continuously develop both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities:
Technical responsibility for ICT infrastructures and customer support as a reliable contact person
Plan, operate and further develop hybrid cloud environments
Implement customer projects such as migrations, cloud integrations, system renewals, and security measures
Advise customers in the areas of network, security, servers, virtualisation, and data backup
Analyse and resolve faults and sustainably optimise infrastructures
Qualifications:
Training as an ICT specialist EFZ and at least 3 years of professional experience as an ICT system engineer
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Azure, networks, virtualisation, and security
Experience in implementing customer projects
Confident demeanour, connection to Central Switzerland, and Category B driving licence
