Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an independent and responsible professional in finance and accounting. In this versatile position, you will take over the financial accounting for several offices and support management with sound evaluations, budgeting and controlling tasks. Additionally, varied tasks in human resources and collaboration with external partners await you.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the entire financial accounting for several branches and ensure correct and timely processing of all business transactions
You support management with reports, analyses and evaluations
You monitor and coordinate payment transactions including invoicing and dunning
You prepare the annual financial statements as well as the VAT returns
You contribute to budgeting as well as financial and project controlling
You collaborate with external partners
You coordinate various topics in human resources and take on tasks in payroll accounting and expense claims of employees
Qualifications:
You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience, experience in association work is an advantage
You are proficient in using ERP systems, ideally Abacus
You convince through discreet and targeted communication
Fluent German skills are required as well as good spoken French skills
