Role:
Do you want to accompany IT projects from planning to implementation while simultaneously technically advancing existing customer environments? In this role, you will work on varied cloud, workplace, and infrastructure projects for SMEs. In addition to project work, you take responsibility for the stable operation of the systems, support the service desk with complex issues, and actively contribute your expertise to the team.
Responsibilities:
You implement deployment projects for cloud and on-premise environments as well as modern workplace and infrastructure platforms.
You manage existing customer systems and continuously develop their technical basis.
You analyse complex faults and support the service desk in 2nd-level support.
You document system configurations, create technical instructions, and keep operational documentation up to date.
You work with technologies from the Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware environments.
You share your experience with team colleagues and support their professional development.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and ideally have further education at HF or FH level.
You bring several years of experience as a system engineer or in a comparable IT infrastructure role.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Citrix, and VMware.
You have ideally acquired relevant manufacturer certifications.
You work independently, in a structured and quality-conscious manner.
You are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
You communicate confidently in German and well in English.
