Ensuring the operation and further development of the Windows server/client infrastructure including VMware Horizon VDI
Installation, operation and monitoring of server and client systems as well as analysis and resolution of faults
Support of the 1st-level support as well as application managers with 2nd- and 3rd-level requests
Participation in ICT infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (federal certificate/diploma or comparable further education); technical certifications are an advantage
At least 3 years of professional experience in the Microsoft server and Windows 10 client environment including SCCM
Initial practical experience with cloud technologies and Microsoft 365
Very good German and technical English skills in spoken and written form
