Customer Service & Lab POCT Integration Associate
Your area of responsibility
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our demanding LabPOCT clients on site during the installation and operation of the system, as well as for any technical questions. As the first point of contact for everything concerning the LabPOCT infrastructure, you contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of the system. This notably includes the following tasks:
- Training employees and clients, and troubleshooting technical problems
- Communication and close collaboration with doctors, medical assistants and other clients
- Implementation and support of the LabPOCT infrastructure, LabQCHEK (internal quality control) as well as interfaces
- Configuration of interfaces (LabComManager laboratory information system, electronic order entry LabWeb)
- Management, updating and maintenance of POCT analyses in the LIS and in LabWeb
- Sales support in LabPOCT projects
- Development of the POCT offering in close collaboration with the team
- Interface function between sales, clients and internal services
- Participation in congresses
Your profile
- Training as a TAB ES/HES or medical assistant with extensive laboratory experience, particularly in the field of LabPOCT infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of POCT analyses, their results and pre-analytical processes
- Experience in using medical practice and laboratory software as well as a good understanding of their integration into the laboratory process
- Good knowledge of guidelines relating to internal quality controls
- Technical understanding of laboratory processes and their interfaces as well as a strong affinity for IT topics in the LabPOCT field
- Good command of German or French, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel about two days per week and to undertake assignments throughout German-speaking Switzerland as well as in the canton of Fribourg
- Independent and responsible working method
- Confident presentation, excellent advisory skills and enjoyment of daily contact with clients
- Team spirit and a fighting mentality
- Interest in technical and digital topics in the laboratory environment and motivation to develop one’s own knowledge in the LabPOCT field and system connections
