Customer Service & System Integration Associate
Your area of responsibility
In this versatile role, you will support our clients and partners, particularly on topics related to the integration of practice software and electronic data exchange. You will thus contribute significantly to professional support and high-quality service. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing system integrations as well as connections to laboratories and practices, in collaboration with clients, partners, IT and commercial services.
- Advising and supporting clients as well as acting as an internal contact for sales teams and customer service.
- Analysing client incidents and requests, developing and monitoring solution proposals.
- Ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed response times.
- Close collaboration and acting as a contact person with internal departments such as IT, laboratory, logistics, finance and sales.
- Creating and updating documentation, work instructions and training materials.
- Participating in projects and actively contributing to the development of service processes and tools.
Your profile
- Completed training in the medical, laboratory or IT field, or equivalent professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of data exchange formats such as xDT, HL7 and XML, as well as network and device configuration and administration of personal computers/workstations.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and project management is an advantage.
- Experience in deployment, support and training on applications, preferably in a laboratory or medical practice environment.
- Service-oriented, analytical and solution-focused working method.
- Category B driving licence.
- Experience with ticket systems (ideally Service Desk Plus), CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and good command of MS Office.
- Very good skills in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English, German and Italian is an advantage.
