In this role, you take responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of system landscapes. You plan, implement, and optimise technical solutions to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures. You analyse disruptions, resolve incidents, and ensure high system availability through continuous improvements. Additionally, you work closely with adjacent departments to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical concepts. With your professional experience, you make well-founded decisions and consistently apply best practices.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the stable, secure, and group-compliant operation of system and infrastructure platforms and continuously develop them
You consistently implement group guidelines, standards, and architectural principles and ensure sustainable documentation
In 1st and 2nd level support, you analyse requests, independently resolve disruptions, and forward complex cases appropriately
A structured working style, high quality standards, and consistent standardisation characterise your work approach
Qualifications:
You have a completed education in computer science or system engineering or an equivalent qualification and bring several years of experience in the infrastructure environment
You are well acquainted with Windows Server and Windows Client, knowledge of Linux is a plus
You master German fluently in spoken and written form, good English skills are a great advantage
