Responsibilities:
- Creation of concepts and plans for heating systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Planning and coordination of installations and modifications of heating systems
- Preparation of quotations, tenders, and construction specifications
- Consulting and supporting customers and builders in the planning and implementation of heating projects
- Monitoring cost and schedule planning as well as quality control of the executed work
- Collaboration with other trades and specialist planners
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a heating installer or building services planner
- Several years of experience in planning and implementing heating projects
- Experience in preparing quotations, tenders, and construction specifications
- Knowledge of control technology is an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- High commitment and flexibility
