Housekeeping Staff – Cleaning in the Hotel Sector in a Residential Care Home (M/F)

To complete our team, we are recruiting:

Several positions for housekeeping staff – cleaning in the hotel sector in a residential care home (M/F)

• 80% - Fixed-term contract 6 months (renewable)

• 50% - Permanent contract (afternoons and evenings over 5 days)

Within the hotel sector of our Foundation, you contribute to providing a clean, welcoming and safe environment for residents, children (CVE) and teams, respecting the support philosophy as well as the Foundation’s quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of premises (rooms, common areas, living rooms, sanitary facilities, offices and/or children’s day care centre premises)
• Participate in laundry care as needed (sorting, washing, ironing, folding, distribution and quality control)
• Ensure compliance with hygiene procedures and standards (HACCP/HPCI)
• Contribute to a pleasant environment by demonstrating care, organisation and responsible use of cleaning products

Your assets:

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping or laundry, ideally in a residential care home
• Organisational skills, rigour and attention to quality work
• Autonomy, versatility and ability to manage priorities
• Team spirit and sense of collaboration
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules (HACCP/HPCI)
• Ease in contacts (residents, children, families and colleagues)
• Proficiency in French (level B2)
