Tender & Bid Manager

We are looking for a qualified Tender & Bid Manager / Public Tender Administration 80 - 100%.

Main tasks:

• Coordination, preparation and timely submission of public tenders

• Regular monitoring of tender platforms (e.g. Simap)

• Management and updating of tender documents and certificates

• Overview and tracking of ongoing and completed projects

• Master data maintenance and entry in the SAP system

• Holiday cover in the rental business (offer preparation, delivery coordination, invoicing)

Requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)

• Very good German and French skills (mandatory)

• Foreign language skills in English or Italian are an advantage

• Experience in tendering or internal sales

• Confident use of MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint); SAP experience is an advantage

• Precise, independent and goal-oriented working style

• Strong organisational skills and high team orientation
