Planning and implementation of customer projects in the area of Microsoft infrastructure and modern IT services
Ensuring a stable and secure IT operation of client, server, and cloud environments
Configuration, migration, and optimisation of Windows systems, Active Directory, and endpoint management solutions
Taking over 2nd and 3rd level support as well as analysing and sustainably resolving complex faults
Developing technical solution concepts and actively participating in infrastructure and automation projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or several years of experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and endpoint management
Experience with Linux systems such as Red Hat, SUSE or Ubuntu as well as Ansible and automated deployments
Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC and modern virtualisation solutions
Good practice in PowerShell, Bash and scripting as well as strong project, analysis and problem-solving skills
