Salary - CHF70,000 - 80,000Our client is an internationally active company with a diverse range of tasks. You can expect a varied environment where you support various administrative processes and work closely with internal and external contacts.
Role:
Do you want a versatile commercial role where purchasing, sales and administration come together?
In this position, you take on a central hub role and ensure that orders, customer contracts and administrative processes are coordinated reliably and on time.
Responsibilities:
You support purchasing in order processing, coordinate delivery dates and ensure reliable handling.
You process customer orders in the ERP system and organise the associated transports in cooperation with logistics.
You prepare export and customs documents and assist with import and export processing.
You manage the telephone switchboard and reception and take on further administrative tasks as well as activities related to office and material management.
You ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal contacts.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic training and have initial professional experience in purchasing and/or sales, ideally in an international environment.
You have knowledge of import and export processing and are familiar with ERP systems.
You communicate very confidently in German and have good English skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
