Role:
Would you like to apply your experience in international export business in a versatile position? As an Export & Internal Sales Administrator (m/f/d), you will take on a responsible role in managing worldwide customer orders. You coordinate international deliveries, handle complex trade documents and ensure reliable processing together with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You manage international customer orders and ensure smooth processing up to delivery.
You are responsible for worldwide export processing and ensure the correct preparation of all required shipping and customs documents.
You handle the processing of bank guarantees and letters of credit and keep track of the relevant requirements.
You coordinate machine financing and work closely with external leasing partners.
You prepare important documents for machine acceptance and ensure complete documentation.
You act as the central interface between assembly, freight forwarding and transport service providers and ensure reliable scheduling.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training.
You bring experience in export and/or foreign trade as well as in internal sales and are familiar with the corresponding business processes.
You have very good knowledge of MS Office and are open to learning new IT applications.
You communicate confidently in German and well in English, both orally and in writing; additional language skills are an advantage.
You impress with organisational talent, a structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation.
