Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d)

Our Rocken partner is an experienced specialist in household and commercial appliances with a broad portfolio: from cooling and freezing solutions to cooktops and steam extractors, as well as professional ice machines, laboratory technology, and laundry room solutions. The work is characterised by technical know-how, close customer contact, and the aim to provide sustainable and well-thought-out solutions. - You work in financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- You assess the creditworthiness of customers and set credit limits.
- Authorising customer orders is part of your duties.
- You assist with quarterly and annual financial statements.
- You take care of dunning and debt collection up to enforcement.
- You work proactively on the continuous optimisation of work processes.
- You prepare various control statistics.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk.
- Further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage.
- You bring several years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365BC would be an advantage.
- You work independently, are communicative, team-oriented, and motivated.
- Initiative and customer-oriented thinking distinguish you.
- Fluent German and French skills and very good Italian and English skills.
