Responsibilities:
- Independent support and advice to our clients in all trust-related matters
- Leadership and coordination of small teams and projects
- Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns, and financial reports
- Close cooperation with our clients to optimise their business processes and use modern, digital solutions
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients and employees
- Support in the further development of our services and internal processes
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial or business administration training with further education in trust/accounting
- Several years of professional experience in the trust sector
- Proven experience in leading teams and projects
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
- Confident use of Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent German skills and good English skills (at least B1 level), additional language skills are an advantage
