Role:
As a Microsoft System Engineer, you are the technical contact point for customers with demanding IT environments. The daily routine offers variety between support, project work, and product responsibility. As a specialist, you take responsibility for one or more products at the 3rd level. Those who enjoy analysing, developing solutions, and working directly with people will find the right environment here.
Responsibilities:
You support customers by phone or on-site with technical faults and operational questions.
As a product owner at the 3rd level, you manage one or more specialist topics.
You analyse complex problems and develop viable solutions.
Installation, commissioning, and administration of Windows Server and client systems are part of your daily business.
Furthermore, you realise customer projects from planning to handover.
You also document systems thoroughly and keep operational processes up to date.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or have several years of experience in IT support and system administration.
Sound knowledge of the Microsoft product world distinguishes you, especially Exchange and SQL Server.
You are confident with VMware and virtualised environments.
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.
An open, down-to-earth manner and a quick grasp characterise your working style.
You also communicate confidently in German; English skills help you in the technical environment.
