Job Description
As part of this versatile role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Ensuring invoicing based on intervention reports
- Entering and processing data in the ERP system
- Managing reports and files with insurance companies
- Preparing offers and quotes
- Handling telephone reception and email management
- Following up on quotes with clients
- Organising and coordinating interventions following claims or incidents
- Carrying out various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of files
Profile Sought
Commercial Employee Federal Diploma (CFC)
Initial experience in an administrative, technical or insurance environment is an advantage
Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
Good telephone manner and ease in client interactions
Ability to manage several files simultaneously
Reliable, versatile and solution-oriented person
Conditions
Activity rate: 50%
Hours: ideally every morning, to be agreed mutually
Training: support and training provided during the first 4 to 6 months
